OP #2

1. I think that Hidyeo is very helpful at times, carefree at times, and caring at times. They way most teenagers are. He really steps up to the plate when he has to fill in for his father, and when he had to be the leader of the pack with his friends. I think he views his family as his reliant. His family helps him make decisions, although, on the other hand, he really had the weight of the war's impact on his shoulders because he had to travel a VERY long way walking by himself.

2. If that happened to me, I would bring...
  • money, all the money in my little bank just in case we had to buy something important
  • warm clothes to keep warm
  • spare clothes for when it's hot
  • canteens for carrying water
  • and a few cooking items
I would bring these items because most of that is what you need to survive in the world.

3. I think I found the bomb the most shocking (in ch. 3) because it was sort of randomly timed. I also found it interesting that Yoko was hit by the shard. I think that I was most shocked by it because that's what wars are really like. We, America, the United States of America kill several people with every dropped atomic or nuclear bomb. It's really upsetting.
