1. Why do you think Julie won't go out ever?
1a. At the surprise party that Sam planned for Julie, Julie didn't appreciate it very much. I think it was because she wasn't feeling very good and was ashamed of what she looked like. Having cancer, you don't have too much control over how you look, hair, wieght, face, make-up, etc, so she didn't want to present herself and show everyone what she looked like
2. How do you think Sam is taking all this?
2a. I think she's taking it pretty well. She only really freaked out when she first found out, and she hasn't really changed much. I also think that she's bening a great friend to Julie- she needs as much support as she can have now, and Sam has really been there for her.
3. Do you think this book is going to end up as Jack being perfect and realizing that he was a jerk... yada yada... and everything will be perfect?

2. I also think that she is taking all of this very well. If my best friend was going through this I don't think that I would ever be the same, let alone be able to have a boyfriend. I also think that she is being great by being there whenever Jules needs her for anything.
3. I think that in the end, Jules and Sam will make Jack fell just so bad, that he will really take a look at himself to see that he is a jerk. Hopefully then he will be very sorry for anything. But I don't think that Jules will get back together with him, because of everything that he has put her through.

1. I agree with you. I also think that Jules should just live her life to the fullest because you never know what would happen....
3. I think that something unexpected might pop up later in the book, but then they get a solution and everything will turn out fine. I don't really think that Jack wouldn't be perfect towards the end. I don't get how he makes contributes to the story. (i'm not sure how to explain it.)

2. I agree with you I think that Sam is taking this really well, her best friend has cancer and she isn't letting that get in the way of her normal life.
3. I don't think that Jack is going to turn out to be the nice guy because so far he has been really mean.
