"Seventh Grade" Response

1. My Favorite line in the passage was, rosebushes of shame had become bouquets of love." I love that because it was HILARIOUS! I love it when the mail character is hopelessly in love. I also loved the rosebushes and the bouquets. It was so creative and descriptive to use something that is really, really red.
2. I could really connect with my friend doing something wierd to impress that special someone. My friend, she doesn't go to our school, spent a week falling over in front of a boy to get him to help her. It was ssssoooo funny. I finally told her that it wasn't going to work. She was sad, for like a second, then, she started to wink at all the boys that walked by.
